The organizations receiving funds may be based nationally, regionally, or locally. ROSC raises funds through the production of the Ramstein Bazaar.
The Ramstein Officers’ Spouses’ Club (ROSC) Grants Committee researches and reviews grant applications in accordance with our goal to provide monetary assistance to organizations for lasting benefits and services to as many people as possible.
The ROSC Grants Committee meets monthly (except for in June, July and December), and the deadlines for submitting requests are listed below.
Applications approved by the Grants Committee are then presented to the ROSC Governing Board for consideration. Some applications require additional consideration by the ROSC General Membership. Your organization will be notified when a final decision has been reached and if a check is available to mail or pick up.

The Grants process can take more than 45 days to complete.
The Grants Committee does not meet in June, July or December.
