About KMC Scholarships presented by ROSC

The KMC Scholarship Committee is comprised of members representing the Ramstein Officers’ Spouses’ Club (ROSC). Scholarship funds are donated out of ROSC's community grants funds, which in addition to scholarships provides grants to organizations across the KMC area. 

Scholarships are awarded solely on merit and academic achievement, with no regard to race, color, creed, religion or disability. Financial need is not taken into consideration.

As of noon on March 7, 2024, the Google Form has been updated under the “Experience" category. Please verify your responses and update them as necessary. Applicants who had applied before this time have been notified by email. Thank you!
