Carolina is a Chemist, but has spent her career in various other areas... all supporting our military members and community. She has served as a Key Spouse Leader for 6 Commanders, VP and President of the American Chemical Society Student Org in college, and 2VP of the Holloman Spouses’ Club. Carolina loves to write, connect with people, and promote a strong sense of community.

Jess has extensive and varied volunteer experience. She built a successful Etsy shop and created web content & marketing materials for her family’s company. Jess was Parliamentarian of Luke Spouse Club as well as a key spouse. She enjoys working with others and wants to help ROSC further impact our community.

Laura is a nurse that has also been a waitress, bartender, volunteer mom for Cub Scouts for her 3 boys, and active member in her husband’s unit’s spouse group. She is interested in helping ROSC while learning more about budgeting and the financial ins and outs of a large organization.

Jetta is fairly new to Germany and loves being here. She is a law school graduate. Jetta would like to contribute her time to the Grants program to assist Service Members, Veterans, and their dependents in the KMC area.

Sarahbeth is currently serving as our Holiday Chair. She has a background in hospitality and tourism management with a career in leasing consulting in private housing and resident service coordinator for privatized military housing. Sarahbeth is very detail oriented and skilled at fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.

Brin would like to get involved with ROSC and give back to her community. She served 8 years in the Air Force and 2 years in the Reserves. She has a Masters Degree in Supply Chain Management. She volunteers as a Girl Scout leader and coaches children’s teams.
Opportunities for members

ROSC holds a social that doubles as a general membership meeting every month except June and July.
Typically, business such voting (on budgets, grants requests, and executive board members) is followed by a fun activity (bunco, bingo, karaoke, trivia, etc) and accompanied by a meal.
Childcare is available during most daytime socials.

Welcome Coffees are held at the Wings Lounge in the Ramstein Officers' Club, generally, once per quarter. This is a great time and place to learn more about ROSC for newcomers and members looking to get more involved.

Watch the events calendar, but in general, the last Friday of the month is when to meet up with other members and potential members, and spouses are more than welcome!

These smaller groups are open to all ROSC members, and offer opportunities to get together with others while participating in a favorite pastime or learning a new one.

The Ramstein Bazaar is an 86th Force Support Squadron event that is produced by the Ramstein Officers’ Spouses’ Club.

Community Outreach
ROSC awarded $75,000 in scholarships in 2024!
Community Grants requests applications are awarded Jan-May and Aug-Nov.
Community Grants funds through the production of the Ramstein Bazaar, an 86 FSS Event.
In 2023, the Ramstein Officers’ Spouses’ Club distributed $316,691 to the Kaiserslautern Military Community and beyond.
