About ROSC Scholarships
ROSC Scholarships, formerly known as KMC Scholarships, is funded through ROSC's community grants. In addition to scholarships, these grants support various organizations across the KMC area.
The ROSC Scholarships Committee is comprised of members representing the Ramstein Officers’ Spouses’ Club (ROSC).
Scholarships are awarded solely on merit and academic achievement, with no regard to race, color, creed, religion or disability. Financial need is not taken into consideration.
