Office Administrator

Reports to: President

Position Overview:

Responsible for ROSC Correspondence and ROSC Office.

Principal Accountabilities

Attend all Executive and Governing Board meetings and all ROSC social functions.

Submit all monthly or annual reports as stated in bylaws.

Maintain the ROSC Office Administrator Google drive/email account.

Manage all required ROSC correspondence to include picking up and distributing mail.

Fulfill duties of the Recording Secretary when absent.

Maintain a current roster of Governing Board members and Advisors.

Maintain the current roster of ROSC members, respond to membership inquiries, order name tags, collect membership dues, maintain email distribution list and welcome emails, and act as administrator of ROSC Facebook pages.

Serve as a member of the General Fund and Grants Fund Budget Committees and the Constitution, Bylaws and Policies Revision Committee.

Manage all facets of the ROSC office, to include scheduling maintenance and repair of equipment and purchasing supplies.

Supervise ROSC office and storage room keys, as well as maintain the list of board members with authorized access to ROSC Officers’ Club office.

Submit an after-action report by the deadline set by the Parliamentarian.

Hold once weekly office hours in the ROSC office: approximately 2.5 hours per week.
